Artists Rights
• I reserve the right to decline any work I find outside of my ability.
• If commissioned for fanart, I reserve the right to sell the artwork on my shop.
• I reserve the right to publish, livestream, record the commissioned artwork/process, unless discussed otherwise.
Clients use
• Unless discussed otherwise, as the client, you agree that your commission is strictly for personal use and does not have the right to reproduce the artwork for profit.• The client owns the right to use the commissioned artwork as they like. Posting, printing, using on stream or as an icon/banner, etc. As long as proper credit is given to me and no profit is made.
Payment
• Payments will be with Pay-Pal in USD.
• Payments will be made up front before work on the commission begins (you may split up payment upon discussion).
• Payments will be initiated via invoice sent to the client by me.
Timeframe
• I work in order of commissions when I've received them. If you are the first to commission me, the turnaround time will be around 2-3 days, depending on the size of the piece. For bigger artworks, it could be 1-2 weeks.
• If you have a deadline, this must be disclosed before I begin.
Progress Sketch
Once you have commissioned me, I will start on it as soon as I can. I will then send you what I call a "Progress Sketch" Which is a colored first draft of your CM. You need to look at it thoroughly and make sure I've gotten all the details correct and if you would like anything added/changed. The first 2 changes are free but after that I will charge an additional fee of $20. Once you've given me the OK I will go ahead and finish the CM.
